DGIST 창립 20주년 기념, DGIST와 함께한 구성원 여러분의 기억과 추억을 수집하여 역사로 보존하고자 하오니 구성원 여러분의 많은 관심과 참여 부탁드립니다. In celebration of the 20th anniversary of DGIST's founding, we are collecting memories and recollections from all members who have been part of DGIST. We kindly ask for your interest and participation.
DGIST 창립 20주년 기념 기록물 수집 안내
✅ 수집 대상: DGIST 창립(‘04. 9. 7.)부터 현재까지 역사 및 생활을 담은 기록물
✅ 참여 대상: DGIST 구성원(퇴직자, 졸업생 가능)
✅ 수집 기간: ~ 2024. 8. 2.(금)까지 
✅ 참여 방법 
  - (부서) 기록물 목록 제출, 이관
  - (개인) 아카이브 시스템 ’참여하기‘ 제출, 기증
   · 접속 방법: 아카이브 시스템 ‘참여하기’ 화면 접속(포털 주요사이트-아카이브 시스템 메인-기록-참여하기)
   · 바로가기: https://archives.dgist.ac.kr/add_intro_ko 
    ※ 아카이브 시스템을 통한 온라인 제출이 어렵거나 원본 제출이 필요한 경우, 
       기록관(학술문화팀) 방문·우편·이메일 접수방법으로 대체 가능 
    ※ 아카이브 시스템은 내부망에서 통합인증 후 접속 가능하며, 제출된 기록물은
       관리자 승인 후 ‘기록보기’ 메뉴에서 확인 가능합니다.(참여자 본인 기록물 포함)

  - 수집된 기록물은 기록관으로 ‘이관’ 또는 ‘기증’이 원칙
  - 수집된 기록물은 전시, 홍보물 제작 등에 활용될 수 있음

[DGIST Archives] 2024 DGIST 20th Anniversary Record Collection
✅ What: Records containing the history and life of DGIST from its founding to the present.
✅ Target: DGIST Members(Retirees, graduates, etc.)
✅ Period: Until Aug 2, 2024 (Fri.)
✅ How to 
  - (Department) Submission&transfer of records list 
  - (Individual) Via the Archives system ‘Participate’, donation
   · Process: Access the Archive system ‘Participate’ screen(Portal Main site-DGIST Archives Main-Archives-Participate)
   · Go to: https://archives.dgist.ac.kr/add_intro_en
   ※ If online submission through the Archives system is difficult or if original submission is required, 
      you can alternatively visit the Office (Library Services Team), in person, or submit by mail or email. 
   ※ The Archives system is accessible through the intranet after integrated authentication, 
      Submitted records can be viewed in the 'Archives View' menu after approval by the administrator,
      including the records of the participant.
